Ideal Profile
What You Bring
A delivery leader who blends agile discipline with genuine empathy for teams and clients.
- 5+ years managing complex software or Salesforce delivery programs
- Strong command of agile/scrum ceremonies and delivery tooling (Jira, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certifications are a plus
- Fluent English; Retail or Consumer Goods program experience is highly valued
